Match Report — Sunday Fixtures

On Sunday, the City of Bristol Ladies South West Team hosted Plymouth University and Bemi 3rds in a double-header.

In the first match, a strong Plymouth side proved too much for City on the day, with City losing in straight sets: 25–17, 25–15, 25–13. Despite the result, there were solid individual performances. Michaela was named MVP, while the Coach’s Award went to Karen for her contribution and effort.

City bounced back in the second match against Bemi 3rds. After dropping the opening set 25–17, the team regrouped impressively to take control of the match, winning the next three sets 26–24, 25–15, 25–18 to secure their second victory of the season.

Marie earned MVP honours for her performance, and the Coach’s Award was presented to Georgia for some solid serving & hitting .
